Confidence is more than looking good and knowing it, and smiling for the picture and posting that cute selfie.
Confidence is being able to function when life throws you lemons. It is knowing without a shadow of a doubt who you are, but most importantly whose you are. It is loving and liking you enough to do what is best for you. It is putting you on your "to do" list. It is making your own decisions and creating a life that works for you. Being confident and knowing that you are "all that" is what life is all about.
Some confidence tips:
Accept yourself fully. That means your strengths as well as your weaknesses. When you acknowledge and accept who you are totally, it strengthens your self-confidence
Be in the present. Leave the past and all of the negativity or bad thoughts you have from the past just there. In the past. Dismiss negative thinking and live in the right now
Say No. Get in the habit of saying no to anything and anybody that does not support you or make you feel good about you.
